Viewers saw presenter Julia Bradbury talking to MWT Reserves Officer Tricia Sayle about the bog habitat recreation work near the hide, and saw the redoubtable Muckers in action.

The hour-long programme showed a number of clips from the Island, including Cregneash, Loughtan sheep, the TT course, hen harriers and the Manx Bird Life’s Chris Sharpe.

The programme is available on BBC i-player for seven days after broadcast – click here to view the programme (the Close Sarfield piece starts at approx 40 minutes).
