Visit Gardens of the South - Raise Funds for the Trust!
Seven gardens in the south of the Island will be open to the public between 2pm and 5pm on Saturday 26th June in order to raise funds for the Trust. The idea is that at the first garden you visit, you pay £5 and receive a leaflet with full details which will admit you to all the others remaining six gardens.
The seven open gardens are:
Castletown - Crofton, The Crofts
Castletown - Westend House, 7 Arbory Street (NB: entrance from Farrants Way)
Colby - Orchard House, Strawberry Fields, Croit-e-Caley
Gansey - Cott ny Greiney, Shore Road
Port St Mary - Greenings, Castletown Road
Port St Mary - Willoughby, Fistard Road
Port Erin - Baycliffe, Tower Road, Bradda West
Tea, included in the cost, will be served at Baycliffe, Port Erin.
You may start off your visit from any of the seven gardens listed above.
Gardens of the South is organised by and in aid of the Manx Wildlife Trust. Thank you to all the householders involved for opening up their gardens in support of the Trust.
